First Use

Preparing your new Zep dry graphite lubricant:

1. Surface preparation
   Clean, degrease, and thoroughly dry the surfaces to be treated. Any oil or dirt residue will compromise the adhesion of the graphite film. Use an industrial degreaser for optimal results.
   
2. Vigorous agitation
   Shake the aerosol can for at least 30 seconds before each use. This critical step ensures homogeneous dispersion of the graphite in the carrier solvent.
   
3. Application test
   Test on a small, inconspicuous area to check compatibility with your surface. Let it dry for 2-3 minutes and assess the result.
   
4. Initial application
   Spray from a distance of 15-20 cm using a regular sweeping motion. Apply a thin, even coat rather than a thick one. Allow to dry for 5 minutes before use.

Weekly visual inspection:

• Inhalation

Use in a well-ventilated area or with appropriate respiratory protection. Solvent vapors may cause dizziness. If you feel unwell, move immediately to fresh air.

Short-term storage (regular use):

• Temperature: Store between 5°C and 30°C in a dry place
• Position: Store upright to prevent valve leaks

Warranty Exclusions

• Misuse

Application on incompatible surfaces, use outside temperature specifications, mixing with other chemicals, or use for applications not recommended by the manufacturer.

• Inadequate storage

Exposure to extreme temperatures, storage in an incorrect position, exposure to excessive humidity, or storage beyond the product's recommended shelf life.

• Physical damage

Aerosol puncture, drop damaging the valve, exposure to flame or excessive heat, or any damage resulting from an accident.

• External contamination

Contamination of the product by introduction of foreign bodies, unauthorized opening of the container, or mixing with other substances.

• Insufficient results due to
