Description
With up to 30% more power than the DCG414 60V MAX cordless grinder, this FLEXVOLT 60V MAX cordless grinder further strengthens our range of high-performance grinding tools. Part of our PERFORM & PROTECT range, it is designed with user safety in mind. Its anti-kickback brake activates in case of pinching, jamming, or seizing, stopping the grinder. It also delivers 13 amps of power and a no-load speed of 9,000 rpm. The kit includes a FLEXVOLT 60V MAX battery compatible with 60V MAX tools (3 Ah) or 20V MAX tools (9 Ah).
- Includes (1) 20V/60V MAX FLEXVOLT 9Ah battery (9.0Ah at 20V and 3.0Ah at 60V)
- 13 amp motor
- No-load speed of 9,000 rpm for applications with 150 mm (6 inch) grinding wheels.
- The brake engages when the trigger is released, stopping the speed in 1.5 seconds with a standard grinding wheel (4-1/2 inch x 1/4 inch bonded abrasive wheel, without hub).
- The anti-rebound brake activates when a pinch, blockage or jam is detected and the electronic brake engages with maximum force to quickly stop the grinding wheel, reduce the movement of the grinder and bring it to a halt.
- The electronic clutch activates in less than a tenth of a second when a pinch/stall is detected, thus stopping the engine.
- Up to 30% more power compared to the DCG414
