3M™ Bayonet Particulate Pre-Filters add particulate protection to 3M™ Bayonet Gas & Vapor Cartridges. Replaceable for savings: These particulate filters are designed to be easily replaced and are a cost-effective solution without having to change your cartridges. Use 3M™ Bayonet Particulate Pre-Filters with 3M™ Gas & Vapor Cartridges and 3M™ Filter Holder 501 to filter certain particles, including dusts and mists. You can also use these filters with the 3M™ Filter Adapter 603 and 3M™ Filter Holder 501 to reduce exposure to particles only. These filters are easy to install and require minimal training. 3M™ Bayonet Particulate Prefilters are compatible with 3M™ Half Facepieces 6000, 6500/6500QL, 7500 Series, Full Facepieces 6000, FF-400, 7800 Series, 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT and AV-3000 SureSeal Facepieces with AV-632 Bayonet Adapter, helping to reduce inventory requirements.

After determining the contaminants and exposure levels in your work environment, protect your employees with a properly fitted 3M™ reusable respirator and the corresponding N95 or P95 particulate filter. 3M™ Bayonet Particulate Prefilters are NIOSH approved as N95 or P95 particulate filters. They help provide respiratory protection in environments containing certain oily (P95) and non-oily (N95) particles when used with 3M™ Half and Full Facepiece Respirators and the 3M™ Filter Holder 501. These filters provide respiratory protection against particulate contaminant concentrations up to 10 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) with half facepieces and up to 50 times the PEL with quantitatively tested full facepieces. Not for use in environments immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or requiring the use of a filter certified for filtration efficiency level 100 (N100 to P100).
