Features and Benefits: Works on hard-to-reach idler pulleys; removes and installs belts on serpentine belt systems with the spring-loaded idler pulley. The ratchet head with freewheel position provides maximum leverage. Set the ratchet head to the mid-freewheel or neutral position and, once the maximum stroke is reached, simply engage the lever to lock the ratchet mechanism. Comes with an extension for hard-to-reach idler pulleys. This tool is ideal where conventional ratchets or breaker bars are not suitable due to limited access.
