The Screw-Bolt+ is a robust one-piece anchor with a hexagonal or countersunk head. It is suitable for the following substrates: normal concrete, lightweight sandy concrete, concrete over metal deck, concrete masonry, and solid clay bricks. It is simple to install, easily identifiable, and fully removable. Its patented thread, designed for standard ANSI drill bits, reduces tightening torque and improves productivity. The steel threads in the anchor body fit into the hole during installation to ensure key engagement and reduce edge and gap distances. The Screw-Bolt+ is available with a standard bright zinc-plated finish or mechanically galvanized for improved corrosion resistance.
