Storage Tips

Store your PowerPack batteries in a cool, dry place, ideally at a controlled room temperature between 15°C and 25°C, away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity which could cause corrosion on the electrical contacts.

For extended storage of more than one month, maintain each battery at a charge level of approximately 40 to 60% rather than fully charged or completely discharged. Prolonged storage at full charge can reduce their overall lifespan and their maximum capacity of 8Ah, which is particularly critical for these high-performance batteries.

Use individual protective cases or the original packaging to prevent accidental contact between the electrical terminals and metal objects such as keys, coins, or tools, which could cause a dangerous short circuit. High-capacity PowerPack batteries can deliver a very high current in the event of a short circuit.

Check and recharge both batteries at least every two months, even if they are not in use, as high-capacity lithium-ion batteries undergo a natural self-discharge of approximately 2% per month. Alternate the charging order to balance the cycles between the two batteries and maintain their optimal electrochemical health.
