Description

On a job site or in the shop, cutting aluminum cleanly without burrs takes the right tool. Meet the Diablo D1296N blade, built specifically for that job.

12" x 96 Tooth Saw Blade for Medium Aluminum

Article No. D1296N

Diablo's next-generation aluminum saw blades are optimized for cutting thin (up to 1/8"), medium (3/32"-1/4"), and thick (3/16"-7/16") aluminum. Featuring the new, specially formulated Diablo TiCo™ super-density micro-grain carbide, these radical blades resist shock, reduce wear, deliver clog-free cuts, and outlast standard carbide for metal cutting. The specially formulated metal-cutting carbide teeth feature a triple-ground (TCG) design for clean, burr-free finishes, virtually eliminating rework. Shock-resistant tri-metal brazing allows these aluminum blades to cut through metal materials while resisting extreme shock for maximum durability. The Diablo series of aluminum blades are ideal for corded and cordless saws for field cutting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum extrusions, copper tubing, brass plate, and more.
