10" x 80 Tooth Saw Blade for Medium Aluminum

Diablo's next-generation aluminum saw blades are optimized for cutting thin (up to 1/8"), medium (3/32"-1/4"), and thick (3/16"-7/16") aluminum. Featuring the new, specially formulated Diablo TiCo™ super-density micro-grain carbide, these radical blades resist shock, reduce wear, deliver clog-free cuts, and outlast standard carbide for metal cutting. The specially formulated metal-cutting carbide teeth feature a triple-ground (TCG) design for clean, burr-free finishes, virtually eliminating rework. Shock-resistant tri-metal brazing allows these aluminum blades to cut through metal materials while resisting extreme shock for maximum durability. The Diablo aluminum saw blade series is ideal for corded and cordless saws for field cutting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum extrusions, copper tubing, sheet metal, and brass, etc.
