FLEXVOLT ROTARY HAMMER (TOOL)

The SDS MAX 1-3/4 in. Brushless 60V MAX* Combination Hammer Drill is a medium-duty, high-output hammer with a durable, German-designed mechanism. It generates 10.5 joules of energy on impact, to drill and shear through even the hardest concrete. Its constant electronic management allows it to maintain its speed during drilling. Its medium load capacity is well suited for horizontal drilling (and installation of No. 4 to 8 rebar), dry drilling up to 4 in., shearing in any type of wall , as well as the driving of grounding rods. This hammer is part of the PERFORM & PROTECT™ product line, which incorporates the E-CLUTCH ^® electronic clutch system and the SHOCKS ^® active vibration control system . The E-CLUTCH ^MD system disengages the tool in the event of binding. The SHOCKS ^MD active vibration control system reduces the vibrations felt by the user, compared to hammers that are not equipped with this type of device. The DCH614 model benefits from WIRELESS TOOL CONTRO ^TM technology , which allows the user to link the tool to the 60 V MAX* dust extractor (DCV585) and activate the latter remotely. It is also compatible with the Tag Ready™ system, which allows users and businesses to attach a Tag™ tag and locate it using the DEWALT Tool Connect ^™ app.
