Do you deliver directly to job sites?

Yes, we arrange deliveries directly to your work sites anywhere in Quebec. Simply provide the job site address when placing your order.

Warranties and After-Sales Service

What is the warranty offered on your products?

We honor the manufacturers’ warranties, which typically range from 2 to 5 years depending on the brand and product. For more details on a specific product’s warranty, please check the product page or contact us at aide@equipementpolar.com. In case of an issue covered by the warranty, you can benefit from our repair service at our workshops.

Can I return or exchange a product if I change my mind or choose the wrong model?

Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, in its original condition, with the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please note that certain items, such as discounted, promotional, perishable, or downloadable products, are neither refundable nor exchangeable. What are the shipping times and costs?

Items are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days. The shipping cost is $10.99 for items weighing 40 pounds or less. For items over 40 pounds or large in size, the cost will be displayed at checkout. For returns, shipping costs are your responsibility, except if the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns of products valued over $75.

How do refunds work?

If your return is approved (within 30 days, product unused, in its original packaging), we will notify you by email after receiving and inspecting the item. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days. If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then your bank. If the issue persists, email us at aide@equipementpolar.com. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded.

What happens if I return an item received as a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to its value after we receive and inspect the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase.

Can I exchange a defective or damaged product?

Yes, we replace defective or damaged items upon receipt. Contact us at aide@equipementpolar.com to arrange the return and exchange. Send the item to: 3425 Bd Wilfrid-Hamel, Québec, QC, Canada. Return shipping costs for defective products will be covered by us.

Which items cannot be returned?

The following items are neither refundable nor exchangeable:

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Used, damaged, or items without original packaging (except for initial defects)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We are sorry to hear this. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the email address: aide@equipementpolar.com to arrange the return of the item and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

Where are you located?

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, in the event that the appeal is made within 30 days following the date of the order and the product(s) concerned are not damaged. .
