Capable of operating most corded tools, it provides 1800 watts of continuous power (15 amps) and 3600 watts of peak power. The DCB1800B runs on four DEWALT 20V MAX* batteries (including FLEXVOLT), and for high-power applications, four or more DEWALT 20V MAX* 3.0Ah batteries (DCB200) are recommended to provide the best results. Not only can the 1800-watt Portable Power Station™ power a corded tool remotely, but it also becomes a simultaneous multi-port charger for up to four DEWALT 20V MAX* batteries (including FLEXVOLT) when plugged into a wall outlet via an extension cord (batteries and extension cord sold separately). Compact and lightweight, the portable 1800-watt Power Station™ weighs only 18 lbs (without batteries) and is easily transportable. Without needing gas to operate, there are no fumes or carbon monoxide emitted from the device. Additionally, the 1800-watt Portable Power Station™ can be used to provide temporary power in areas where noise is limited, such as a construction site with strict regulations. With a built-in temperature-controlled cooling fan and sturdy protective cage, the Portable Power Station™ is a durable and practical power solution for a variety of uses.
