First Use

Preparing your new DeWalt table saw:

1. Inspection and Initial Assembly

Unpack the components and check that they are not damaged. Install the bench on its rolling stand, following the alignment marks.

Tighten the four bolts by hand, then with the provided hex key. Ensure everything is securely fastened before use (installation takes approximately 10 minutes).

2. Parallel Guide Calibration

Check that the parallel guide is perfectly aligned with the blade. The front and rear measurements must be identical to within 1/32".

Precautions for Use

❌Never remove the blade guard during use

Even for partial cuts. It protects against splashes and accidental contact. Use push sticks or guides if visibility is limited.

❌Avoid freehand cuts without a guide

Always use a parallel or miter guide. Freehand cuts greatly increase the risk of kickback and injury. For irregular shapes, use templates.

❌Do not force the material through the blade

If the cutting speed slows down, reduce the feed rate or check the sharpening. Forcing the blade can overheat the motor and cause dangerous kickback.

❌Never use on unstable or sloping ground.

Always install the stand on a flat surface. On uneven ground, use wedges to stabilize the assembly.

❌Do not cut metals or hard materials

Designed for wood and wood-based materials only. Materials that are too dense can damage the blade and motor.

❌Avoid electrical overload

❌Never leave keys or tools on the table before starting

Storage Tips

Regular storage:
